The Demolition of Hale Barns Square on behalf of Development Securities Plc. Phases 1, 2 and 3 were completed in December 2013 to make way for a new multi million pound retail and residential development on behalf Development Securities.
The project is unique in that the initial tender enquiry only included for the phase 1 works, the demolition of a 3 storey block of flats. The client was so impressed with our approach and dedication to resident liaison that phases 2 and 3 were taken out of the follow on main contractor design and build package and negotiated as an enabling works contract direct with the client.
